Title is off - they're males with gender dysphoria.
But, info here is: Estrogen supplements give males 3x higher risk of cardiovascular & stroke events. 26x higher risk of testicular cancer. 40x higher risk of breast cancer, cognitive impairment, & autoimmune disease.
