He "vows to stop Marines from deploying to LA as riots escalate" ................. ........... as if he should. Or can.
If LA worsens, Trump can invoke some act.
or if LA improves, Marines will help, in passive-support only.
Either way: SCOTUS will rule it legal eventually; meantime Dems will be seen as USA-haters.
