All torrents now sitting at stalled

For the last few days-week or two, the new torrents have been added to qbittorrent are just sitting at stalled 0.0%.
Before this everything's been forking fine for a few years.I have a positive ratio balance,
I have hard drive space,
telling Qbittorrent to force download doesn't help
The torrents have seeders ie https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=999ede87d4373f95ebdd654b64cc6ddb72b9d6ea25813f9d has 32 seeders
The My profile drop down is saying 0 up 0 downAnyone know what's gone wrong?

@kiwibiguy84 check tracker status inside your client and it will tell you why it is not downloading, if you still don't know how to fix post a screenshot with the message (make sure to hide your tracker URL) like this:

I googled tracker not connecting and found that deleting the .ini file to reset settings is a common fix and it's working again.
