Empire of the Sun (1987)

Stars a young Christian Bale

A wonderful adventure by director Steven Spielberg. It was and is my favourite movie. With that final scene having a profound emotional impact for me as a young child.

I love so many movies but theres a few i watch every year and never get tired of:

castaway / war of the worlds (spielberg) / schindlers list (no im not jewish just good movie) / oblivion / minority report / edge of tomorrow / elysium

I had to admit to myself i absolutely love tom cruise movies regardless of his persona.

im going to have to check out empire of the sun.

Does Empire of the Sun have enough a gay theme that it could be uploaded here? I have a .mp4 copy of it, but I haven't watched it. If it doesn't qualify for Gtor.rent, I can host it on a dropbox site for a while.

My favourite movie: Much less cerebral: Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

My favourite gay movie is Freier Fall (free fall). It's a modern day Brokeback Mountain. I thought they were making a second one but I think the project got halted because I haven't heard from it for a while.
