I find it puzzling how Luigi targeted that one man. He was obviously stalking Thompson.
Perhaps he had planned on killing several Healthcare CEOs. I wonder if the bicycle he rode was stolen. I know of people that routinely steal bicycles when they need to get somewhere. I wonder about the kid that is now without a bicycle!

and, whatever insurer he had, his claims went thru - plus his family money covered remainder - so his life wasn't ruined.
At some point you think: maybe he wanted to murder someone?
maybe his ideology was just a tool - to help himself along?
maybe his Choice of Victim, tool to gain support from media & other libs?

ps. DOJ began, well before Mangione murdered Thompson (we are told / allegedly).
So, I don't mean Mangione had good effect.
The opposite - Mangione may have killed key DOJ target and/or witness, as he put himself in prison.
