Using Chrome but cannot donate on google pay

Hi, im sorry if this gets asked a lot, im trying to donate using google pay but on my laptop where i use chrome and on my android phone when i click on donate vie google pay it always only shows card payment and alipay, and i dont know why ? can anyone help me ?

@bigdaddy3018 you need to be logged on chrome using the same google account that you're going to pay with, make sure you are logged in and are not using incognito mode.
The pay button for Google/Apple will only show up when a valid wallet account is available when the site loads, it's the last button to load:
