What it's the name of this movie ?

I'm looking for a very low cost home invasion movie from the 80's or 90's. It's a home invasion movie. They are a killing in a gay bar, one of the homosexuals runs away, he takes refuge in a building, the killers will try to get him back in a Home invasion atmosphere like Assault by John Carpenter but mediocre.

copilot:
I'm thinking the movie you describe might be Siege (also known as Self Defense) from 1983. It’s a low-budget Canadian film that follows a similar storyline. After a violent incident in a gay bar, one of the patrons escapes and seeks refuge in an apartment building, and the attackers follow in a manner reminiscent of Assault on Precinct 13 but with a more modest production.Does this sound like the movie you were thinking of?
Gemini:
The movie you're looking for might be The Night Stalker (1988).It fits your description in several ways:
Low budget: It was made for television and has a relatively low budget compared to big Hollywood productions.
Home invasion: The film centers around a home invasion and the escalating terror that ensues.
Gay bar scene: There's a scene set in a gay bar where a murder occurs.
Character hiding: One of the survivors seeks refuge in a building and is pursued by the killers.
While it's not a masterpiece, it does capture the suspense and tension of a classic home invasion thriller, and it's definitely worth a watch if you're looking for something low-budget and entertaining. -
