Is 'Tim In Vermont' VINTAGE PHYSIQUE PICTORIAL still active?

http://timinvermont.com is a reputable site collecting a huge and I mean HUGE array of vintage male physique and homoerotica. I was supposed to apply for a membership to his site just before the pandemic but it became hard to send money overseas physically so I eventually forgot about it.
I have tried contacting him multiple times without response when asked if it was still active and if he was still using the same PO box. I have tried multiple times and am worried since the last site update was around 2021.
I don't want to spend a 100 USD on something that might not even still be active...so, any help on whether or not the site is still active would be such a reassurance before I send the money.
On an unrelated note, is there any accessible digital collection of vintage COLT magazines? those are the ones I've been trying to find, hence stumbling upon http://timinvermont.com ???
