NYC case, Daniel Penny: did jury just say 'Fuck You' to judge & prosecutor?

Jury hung, on manslaughter charge.
Prosecutor & judge dismiss it, leave jury to decide on lesser charge, something like negligent homocide / involuntary manslaughter.
Jury comes back fast, with Not Guilty.

Some say: Prosecutor & judge tried to force Guilty verdict (be it on 'compromise' lesser charge), tell jury what to do. Jury didn't like it.
As to facts.
Penny choke-held Jordan Neely in subway car, for long time, several minutes. His excuse: NYC recent thing where its homeless & criminals push others in front of oncoming trains.
BLM got involved & in trial, prosecutor Dafna Yoran called Daniel Penny "The White Man!" several times.
Later in closing she gave ground, saying Penny "started out trying to do the right thing".
Some say: she's "Soros prosecutor", loves to inflame social tensions. But I say she's mentally ill.

You could say that about all of the Soros-funded DAs, as they are all the same.

I should have mentioned too: Penny may have not killed Neely at all. Basic facts are in doubt.
