Name of scene and-or actors?

I'm looking for the name of this scene and/or actors? The video was last modified in 2019, however I'm fairly certain this file is nearly 10 years old. I probably downloaded it from one of the dominant video streaming sites back in the day. I did try to use Yandex image search, but wasn't finding anything reliable.
