Apparently, AI made "influencers" are now a thing, they are spreading across fansites such as OF and JFF and making tons of money. First time I came across @dr__enzo I had such a good laugh because of how janky and obvious it was, didn't give much attention... Today I came across his profile once again by accident, only to find out he has a "boyfriend" as real as himself called Nico, take a look:

What really worries me is the amount of big creators that follow them on X, I'll name a few:
