Penis Fillers, gay?

HA, PMMA, etc. are dermal fillers that can be injected between the layers of the penis to make it thicker (it also is soft when flaccid and hard when erect). I've seen way more silicone'd dicks. Fillers don't have nearly the safety risk of silicone when done by a professional.
It's a relatively recent procedure (starting in the mid 2000's), but I'm surprised it isn't as big of a thing? .

@kberg333 industrial silicone is super cheap and guys usually apply themselves at home, or have a bud it applied on them, it falls more into a body modification fetish than a proper plastic surgery. I have seen injected dicks that still look appealing, even though the majority become an atrocity that has barely no use.
As for the methods you mentioned, I don't think I have ever seen an example, and based on a quick google search i just did, if i ever saw one it most likely passed as a natural dick.
