The movie is 'Earthbound: Heaven to Hell 2’ by Falcon Studios.
I believe the image is a promotional shot, however, and not from any of the scenes.
Nevertheless, the actors in the photo are (from left to right);
Skyy Knox, Sean Zevran, Andre Donovan, Dean Monroe, Arad Winwin & Gabriel Alanzo.
