The suit says that the Education Department’s $60 million Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program violates the equal protection rights of white, Asian, Jewish, and Arab students.

According to the program’s stipulations, applicants must be from a group “underrepresented” in graduate education, or else be a low-income, first-generation college student.
You can be billionaire blacks and get a scholarship, simply because you are black.
