He's right.He is never right. She didn't write that article. She is biracial and was indeed the first Indian-American senator, not the first Black senator. In the same way that Obama, who is also biracial is the first Black president, not the 44th White one.

I agree that is sad the DEI needs to exist. But as with most labor laws, it does because many employers can't be trusted to do the right thing.

"Do the right thing" means hiring people who are not qualified or lowering standards so they are.
We saw this with the Secret Service recently.
I guess Fauxcahontis and the other white people who fake their race, and now gender, seem to know something you clearly don't.

@raphjd Systemic racism and sexism and homophobia is VERY real in the US. Despite all the current euphoria, there are a lot of people who are afraid that Harris can't win because she is a Black woman. I and a lot of people I know would love to see Mayor Pete in the White House, but are also afraid that he can't win.
I agree it is sad that DEI has to exist, but Jim Crow just went out the door, and in some places, is still in the room. I call bullshit on anyone who thinks America is now post-racist. We can see it play out in real time right now when any non-white man is accused of being a DEI hire. The imbalance needs to be redressed, and then we can all go live in a John Lennon song.

Wealthy blacks with all the advantages in life get preference in college admissions and employment, while poor white boys get nothing except shit on. Poor white boys don't get to make excuses.
We can't have white only dorms, but we can have <insert non-white race> only dorms. Likewise with graduations, national anthems, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.
