Reseed old torrents

hi there how i can reseed old torrents that i have downloaded from here but they dont appear anymore on utorrent for seeding

@MarioF you need to grab the torrent file again, add it to utorrent and set the download folder to the place where your files are, if everything go well instead of starting from 0% it will verify your files and start seeding (if you have all files)
