Sotomayor, through her guards, is now a shooter and she/they "crossed State lines!!!!"
Sotomayor's victim is identified as Kentrell Flowers, 18....... race not stated, but "one guess"....... .......so, -unlike- Kyle, Sotomayor shot Black people.
