This shit has been going on in the UK for decades.
About 20 years ago, a 9yo hanged himself because of the relentless bullying he got for being white. The school claimed that he was being racist for complaining of being beaten up at school, in front of staff. Sadly, the UK doesn't allow suing government entities, and especially staff, no matter how guilty they are of wrongdoing.
We see this in the US and other Western countries as well.
