Report: Ukraine peeps commit terrorism in Poland

Saw this coming. In fact, it could be too on-target - I'm suspicious.
But yes I've noted in past how Ukraine leaders, in essence, threatened Europe with terrorism via Ukraine refugees, if Europe doesn't "support" enough.
IF TRUE, this news would make Ukraine a country that attacked NATO. Repeat, attacked NATO. And "if true"
Article 5 against Ukraine, anybody?
