Libs decide to burn "Diversity" and "DEI", after decades of repeating them
-
Long wind-up but it will be worth it.
Libs are all about twisting reality through slogans - and know when to abandon a bad slogan.
For decades, libs have built up "diversity" and "DEI" as mandatory concepts.
Slogans like "Celebrate Diversity", "Diversity is our strength", "Diversity - Equity - Inclusion!" (literally what DEI is).
If you don't agree then you're a monster, etc.
Heck, DEI became a money thing. An entire movement in the investment world. DEI titles & consultancies with huge salaries.
BUT - because Diversity & DEI don't work in real life - Because they devalue merit & law - Because they encourage incompetence, crime, disaster - by 2024 they have become too burdened.
People like me, now (rightly) say stuff like Didn't Earn It & D-I-E.
Guess what? In last 2 days, libs have done a 180 where they now claim (CLAIM) that these slogans, their own over-burdened slogans, are................. ............................................ ............................ ..... wait for it....................... ........................ ...........coded racism instituted by White supremacists.
Yup. Here's Joy Reid, doing it.

The re-poster asks, "Is she OK?"
My answer is Yes - she's cleverly making the NEW lib talking point, that I just described.
New TP from Lib 'Inner Party' is: when someone says Diversity or DEI, they're a White racist trying to say N-word - in code.
After years of libs, & only libs, building up Diversity & DEI.
Gutsy move, wow.

To be precise: "Diversity" stretches back to at least 1990s.... whilst its on-steroids v2, "DEI", seems to be only last 4 years.

Current example. Remember: LIBS built up DEI.
All conservatives did, is point out how DEI 1) is racial ie. is literally racism, 2) puts non-competence factors ahead of competence factors.
Libs always wanted DEI to be those things. They just don't like it when conservatives say it - so now, libs feel, time to burn DEI.
