      Sad day for our lib-extremists.

      https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/supreme-court/supreme-court-rules-trump-cannot-kicked-colorado-ballot-rcna132291

The court said the Colorado Supreme Court had wrongly assumed that states can determine whether a presidential candidate or other candidate for federal office is ineligible.

The ruling makes it clear that Congress, not states, has to set rules on how the 14th Amendment provision can be enforced against federal office-seekers. As such the decision applies to all states, not just Colorado.

Colorado fucked pooch so bad, NO State can suppress President Trump from ballot & even Ketanji Jackson says so.

      Slight twist:

      https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-supreme-court-unanimously-reverses-colorado-court-ruling-trump-to-stay-on-the-ballot

...three justices argued, “The majority announces that a disqualification for insurrection can occur only when Congress enacts a particular kind of legislation pursuant to Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

“In doing so, the majority shuts the door on other potential means of federal enforcement," the justices added. "We cannot join an opinion that decides momentous and difficult issues unnecessarily, and we therefore concur only in the judgment."

This [minority view, IF held by majority - but it isn't, c]ould leave the door open for others to be prosecuted at the federal level for “insurrection” without a law first being passed in Congress to define what that means...

So: Along with 9-0 result against Colorado, they decided 6-3 that ONLY Congress can say what Insurrection clause means; for instance, Federal prosecutor or Special Counsel cannot.

Remember it was 9-0 decision. 9-0! Even DEI-lib judges felt there was only 1 right answer.

At several points I laughed out loud - remembering that.

These TV heads were & are, truly delusional.

The idiot left are either stupid or liars.

The ruling was 9-0 on the most important part of the case. They all agreed that the states do not have the right and/or ability to remove federal candidates from the ballot. The wording of the 14th Amendment is very clear.
