1- Não comece baixando grandes filmes e lançamentos. Baixe os freeleeches que não compromentem seu ratio e assim vai ganhando seedbonus e aumentando a proporção do ratio.
2- Deixe pra baixar um lançamento ou filme maior quando seu ratio estiver acima de 1.0.
3- Sempre tente ficar com o ratio acima, mais uploads que downloads.

Recomendo o qBittorrent como cliente. Mais leve e costumizável. Além de fazer a busca de filmes fora do site.
