@bruh1-0 If I understand correctly, his name is Boris Tomek. The top guy is Ladislav Pekar. Both of them are Czech and were active in early 2000s. According to IAFD the only movie these two actors have been in together is Strokes to Seduction (2001 by Studio 2000), so this is where this scene comes from.
