          The "Birther" Movement!

Have you forgotten the lawsuits in North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Connecticut, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, California, Indiana, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Kansas, and New York challenging either Obama's qualifications to be president or his eligibility to be on the ballot.

Don't you remember that? Your buddy boy Trump was big into claiming Obama was born in Kenya. Did you forget about Trump being the loudest Birther?

          Maybe to jog your memory:

Mad Maxine Waters (the Queen of Ebonics) contested every Republican president who won the election since she was elected to Congress. She even violated the rules by contesting the election without a member of the Senate to join her. "I don't give a damn about the rules" was her response when she was reminded of the rules when she contested Trump's win.

@hubrys Sauce for goose is sauce for gander. What goes around, comes around. "Dems playing with fire" - said Greenwald. Karma sux, eh?

I don't think 2 wrongs make a right. USA peeps had better stop it all.

Having said that: any upset yall lib morons must feel along the way, is deserved.

As to birther: You know that was started & spread by Hillary right?

Oh prob u don't know - as usual.

But yes it was intra-Regime thing, even intra-Dem thing.

USA Regime would have been just fine, with either Obama or Hillary or McCain or Romney, all 4 were Regime puppets.

Point about now / 2024 is, USA isn't democracy / Regime stage manages it, can't stand to let People choose anyone not a Regime puppet.

I love how anti-Trump forces use official processes within a legally established judicial system based on a federal constitutional amendment that has been the recognized law of the land for more than 100 years, to try to stop the reelection of the a president who verifiably intended to remain in power beyond the constitutional end of his presidency and who caused our country to have the first violent and disorderly transfer of power in our nation's history from George Washington to today....

...and it's the anti-Trump forces that are anti-democratic. The anti-Trump forces are using the tools established by the democratic process. Trump tried to break those democratic processes to remain in power.

At best, it's a pitch black pot calling a vaguely grey kettle black.

                  LOL, you're funny.

It's your party that has a long, long history of voter fraud.

Trump tried to get the National Guard in, but Pelosi refused.

It was your party that attacked the White House, forcing the Secret Service to put Trump in the bunker.

It's your party that has engaged in violence. It was also your party that got butt hurt like MFers when I said that Repubs need to start treating Dems like Dems treat Repubs because violence is only good when you guys do it.

                  The list is never ending.

@hubrys When people say Word Salad they mean you.

"Verifiably" - really? Not in least. Your case is about to collapse from mind-reading (Trump) & doing it wrong.

But my real point: 5-syllable adverbs are a "tell" for bullshit & that it's not going well...not convincing.

Even 4-sylllable ones like "literally" "arguably" "actually" - except, when I say them, I do satire - of you libs.

I'm still on fence about whether u could even be a lawyer.

                    • pro: you bullshit
                    • con: you do it poorly, too often sound both hysterical & demented. Along with extra bad reading comprehension

Meanwhile, Criminal Biden prosecutes opponents & has hundreds in jail for years, to this day - who walked on a lawn, after police misdirected them & removed fences then opened fire at them.

And no sane person buys Criminal's claim of 81 million votes. Even Hillary & Obama never mention it.

Have a nice meme. They clear cobwebs.

Do you mean the staged video by Pelosi's daughter?

Other than Pelosi and Co's claims, I have seen nothing to prove that Trump did not OFFER the National Guard. We've seen this kind of shit before, where "true journalism" plays word games. Trump offers the Queen of Insider Trading the National Guard and the liars on the left claim that he never signed the order. "I can get the National Guard here for 6 Jan, let me know and I'll sign the order" responded in a gin-soaked slur "Fuck off Trump, we want some shit to happen. It'll be good for the DNC". Liberal media lies and says Trump never signed the order.

Let's not forget, that we have seen "true journalism" lie countless times to suit their agendas.

If you had read the article:

Neither Pelosi nor the House sergeant at arms could have stopped an ordered deployment of National Guard troops because Congress doesn’t control the National Guard, legal experts say. Guard troops are generally controlled by governors, though they can be federalized, said William C. Banks, a law professor at Syracuse University.

You clearly didn't read the article.

The House sergeant at arms does sit on the Capitol Police Board, which also includes the Senate sergeant at arms and the architect of the Capitol. That board opted not to request the Guard ahead of the insurrection, but did eventually request assistance after the rioting had already begun.

Both SAAs work for the Queen of Insider Trading and Mitch the Bitch.

                            Also;

There is no evidence that either Pelosi or McConnell directed the security officials not to call the guard beforehand, and Hammill said after the insurrection that Pelosi was never informed of such a request.

The question is, did they look for evidence or just take the word of the side they support?

I see, so in your political hack world, it's innocent-until-proven-guilty for Trump, but guilty-until-proven-innocent....and-then-still-guilty-anyway-because-we-don't-like-her for Pelosi.

I'm trying to learn the rules of your madness.

Hey genius - Nobody sued or decided for Pelosi to be removed from ballot.

Her guilt may be factual - but as fact is not yet established, at jury trial, under due process / full discovery & defense by her: it should not be used by courts, it should not be claimed nor assumed by any court.

And no one has yet asked it to be.

Thus, "innocent until proven guilty" - in court. While we peasants should still be able to say her guilt & vote by it.

btw OJ was still guilty even after jury trial... because, you know, he murdered his wife. But to courts, not guilty.

As we maintain OJ & Evil Witch Nancy's presumption of innocence in court, least you can do is reciprocate to Orange Man Bad.... aka follow USA constitution.

These concepts are not hard. It's just that you @hubrys are dumb. Yes.

Separation between court of law, court of public opinion.

Presumed innocent & due process, need not apply to court of public opinion - but MUST apply to court of law - or else USSA, dictatorship.

But libs want that, so you try to confuse/bury concepts.

@raphjd "The question is, did they look for evidence or just take the word of the side they support?" - Latter.

                                      USSA dictatorship, no legitimacy. Sad.
