With so much evidence that weak on crime policies harm innocent people, it's clear that it was always the intent of the left.

Libs policies are indeed meant to demoralize & destroy human lives, and, make it victim's fault if they notice.

Things like this always bring me back to Charles Manson.
He wanted a race war, because blacks are physically superior so blacks would win. However, since they are mentally inferior, they would need him and his family to rule over them.
I see a lot of that in the logic of the modern left.
