we should have said that IDF forces [helpfully] included medical teams & Arab speakers...It's not a small error. BBC spread utterly, ridiculously fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake news.
And of course error was anti-Israel / pro-Hamas. Almost always 1 direction.
