"Her views involved ‘naive magical thinking’ in her approach to the pregnancy," the judge added.
If another girl goes "Oh, I can be a Real Boy if the magical masked grownups cut me enough..." - but that wouldn't be naive magical thinking, correct?

Scotland wanted to allow 4yos to make the decision on their own to be trans, but due to the backlash, they changed it to 8yo.
You can't get a tattoo until you are 18.
NOTE: There is a limited exception for certain medical conditions, but the person doing the tattoo must be a certified medical professional who specializes in the condition and a certified tattoo artist; extremely rare.

@blablarg18 That sends a scary precedent.... so anybody who is deemed to not be fit to be a parent should have their baby aborted? That would reduce the population by over 90% in just one generation!
