Trying to fix my ratio but can't download any freeleech torrent

Hi, I'm on 35 days gracetime and trying to fix my ratio, so I'm seeding 26 torrents and trying to download 1 freelech torrent, but it is only stalled. I tried it with different torrent and it's the same. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

stop other torrent that you are leeching [incomplete or not fully downloaded] to free slot and try again ...

Your current limit is 2, however to prevent too many torrent running/bad ratio warning ...
finish 1 torrent @ a time in order to seed ... -
@john32123666 hmm but all other torrents are 100% complete and seeding, I think these should not count for 2 torrents limit?

@marcinz19 you have leeching torrent as part of partial seeding indicates downward arrow @ your profile,
those count as leeching ...
You may need to stop leeching [incomplete download] as part of seeding to free slot ... -

I had a torrent with only 1 video downloaded out of many in the file and it was showing as leeching, didn't know it works this way but now it's fixed. -
@john32123666 Is there a downsiide to not downloading all the files in a torrent?
I never considered this, although I have noticed that torrents don't seem to SEED until after they have completed downloading. I assumed that "Don't Download" counted as being complete in regards to the torrent's status.
