Seems like it is from the bonus scene in "Straights in Prague", which I didn't find much information on either.

@Tamlin The guy in the middle makes me think of Rocky Summers (has lots of aliases). He also starred in a movie Straight to Prague but I couldn't find any bonus scene reference or shower or threesome. Goodluck hunting!
