Define muscular?

i mean….how much muscle a guy have can be defined as muscular? i ve seen some guys around who claim themselves muscular....but really they r just fit.....also....i ve seen some guys claim themselves as bears? ! who r actually pigs to me....sorry ....so what do u guys think?
