Guy's first prostate examination

A young man goes in for a physical. The doctor asks him if he has every had a prostate examination before. The young man replies "No". The doctor says "well, there is really nothing to it. First you drop your pants and underwear. Then I lubricate my finger and insert it up your butt and feel around for any abnormalities." So, the young man drops his pants and underwear and spreads his buttcheeks. The doctor inserts his finger, then says "you know, it is not unusual to get an erection during this procedure". The young man replies "but I don't have an erection?!" The doctor says "no you don't, but I do!"
