Need help identifying a vintage movie

I am so frustrated that I deleted this video by accident and now I want to redownload it but I can't remember the name.
This is a vintage movie with cop/spy theme. The only thing I remember from it is that the scene at the end is two very muscular dudes, one of them is raising their gun (actual gun, not the one in the pants), towards the door.
If any1 can help me, I would really appreciate it.
