Rep. Massie voted against it. I doubt he's a drug cartel asset. More a Ron Paul type, likes to be unpredictable.
To be generous, let Dem side have a dozen such people.
That leaves (132 - 12 = ) 120 Dems who are mere China & drug cartel assets.
