      https://timcast.com/news/more-than-half-of-moms-of-boys-with-gender-dysphoria-have-their-own-psychological-issues-according-to-resurfaced-report/

More than half (53 percent) of moms of boys with gender identity disorders had been diagnosed with depression or BPD, compared to just six percent of the control group.

Seems like a good place for this:

Why am I not surprised that Tim Pool, the videographer from the Occupy Wall Street protests who started and owns timcast.com, would have stories on his website discussing journal articles written by researchers 30 years ago? I would have thought that Tim being a little "behind" on his research would certainly have been a given.

At the end of that article, Tim Pool writes:

"As a result of the findings (from 1994), researchers called for additional studies to shed light on the familial contribution to gender identity disorders."

Surely there's been countless studies over the past 30 years on this topic. Perhaps Tim will be prepared to read some of them 30 years from now!

@Spintendo "But it's on [xyz - Tim Pool, Fawksss, etc]" is the laziest possible response.

You get credit for pointing out 2 facts:

          • that Tim was an Occupy guy
          • the study's date.

          But your conclusion is incorrect:

Surely there's been countless studies over the past 30 years on this topic

You'd think. But the Trans lobby is famous for deplatforming or terrorizing any scientists who would look at Trans objectively or in any way that isn't 100% pro-Trans.

There was also a study showing an anti-psychotic drug alleviating Gender Dysphoria. Any follow-up there? No.

Same reason. Any scientist who wanted a real study found themselves hounded, cancelled, etc. And magically decided to study something else.

Trans studies are allowed, except only the ones agreeing with Trans ideology to begin with & setting out to prove it. Books have been written on how biased & Lysenko-ist "Trans science" is.

"Where you get your information from" is not the laziest argument, but rather, the most important argument one can make.

In any event, I wasn't attacking Tim pool for being inaccurate, rather I was attacking him for being 30 years too late to the discussion.

I bet you don't attack Joy "I was hacked" Reid, Rachel "Russian Collusion" Maddow, Don "I hate white men, so I marry and seually assault them" Lemon and all the rest.

I've never seen you do it.

I've only ever seen you attack conservative outlets. Clearly, it's not about how bad or biased the source is, but which side of the political spectrum they are on.

@Spintendo Yeah...if by "Most important", you mean "Least important".
