Trackers not working

I'm using qbittorrent v4.4.2 mounted on docker on my NAS for seeding and downloading. It was just two days ago I downloaded torrents on this website and torrenting as usual, and all the torrents are stalled and not working. The message in the status window says "skipping tracker announce (unreachable)" before and now it says "connection refused". I have tried other PT/BT torrents downloading and it is normal. I'm wondering if my account being banned for unknowning reasons, or IP/port/torrent client version issues which beyonds me.

It's hard to diagnose the issue just by knowing that the connection is being refused. It could be many things. Could be the usage of an unsafe port, misconfigured port-forwarding, misconfigured firewall on os or server.
It'd be almost impossible for anyone to assess the issue just by chatting as it would require you to write a TED Talk on how you have set everything from scratch, all settings you have tweaked in the host, docker, firewall, torrent client, etc.
