It's mystery for me. In Bare Loaded 1 appears Neal Black, and yes, same room. But no bukkake scene.

And I think the hungry boy (who is appears Bare Loaded 1., sc. 2) is Mike Gate.

Maybe the bukkake scene is a bonus or "Behind the scene"

I have seen Bare Loaded 1-5 and have not seen any guy who looks like hungry boy. In Bareload 1 there is Neal Black and guy looks like Drago Lambert (bottom from 1 scene) but he doesn't look like boy from right screen near Drago.

Mike Gate doesn't look like hungry.

In Bareloads 1,2,5 - the same room. No Baltimor guy.
In BL 4 there is this

I am not 100% sure, but it seems that Don Colin is his name in just one movie - Bareback Sleaze Pit by Staxus in 2016

I could not find anything he has done with Boyfun

He did one scene with Sweet and Raw with Micky Shut and Pepa Lansky in 2012

He did 3 scenes in 2008 with William Higgins as Jan Puska

The one I wrote as unknown before is Milan Johanson. He appears Bare Loaded 1 sc. 2. (with Mike Gate). Look at the tattoo.
