The teaser trailer opened in the future world governed by Kronoid who are committed to creating a safer world. Then it showcased the birth of Jung_E, the world's most advanced technology AI combat warrior. The end of the trailer then showcased the memories of Jung_E.
At the end of the clip, it was officially announced that "Jung_E" will exclusively premiere on Netflix worldwide this coming January 20, 2023.
The upcoming film will have a total of 1 hour and 38 minutes duration.
Set in the 22nd century, climate change has caused the planet to become uninhabitable and humans live within a man-made shelter. A war takes place within the shelter. Jung Yi is the elite leader of the allied forces. She becomes the subject of a brain cloning experiment. The cloning experiment is a potential key to win the war.
Seo Hyun and Sang Hoon are responsible for the success of the brain cloning experiment. Seo Hyun is the team leader of the laboratory that develops brain cloning and AI technology. Sang Hoon is the director of the laboratory.
Oh, I just read. The protagonist passed away at the age of 55 last May 7, 2022 right after finishing her scenes.
