Do we have a complete list of videogames worth playing that are in bara category AND NSFW? I only count finished games, games in development tend to be stuck in a long development cycles.

Super health club
Robin Morningwood
You cant fuck on an empty stomachi know there are more but few of them seem to be quite obscure. i like when they are not just a visual novel but have some other type of mechanic involved as well so you kind of have to work a bit for sexy scenes.

I know a ton of VN but not many actual games. I don't think we have a complete list anywhere. It's all just word of mouth and social media.
Filtering by anime games is a good place to start.
