I'm pretty sure that $44B for an app sure is much more worth it for him.

I just realized: Given the many Antifa-pedo overlaps, Elon's attacks on Twitter child porn - accounts & hashtags - MUST appear, to Antifa, as attacks on Antifa accounts & hashtags.
Of course Antifa go running to other libs "Elon shutting us down!"
And libs & Antifa define "democracy" as 1-party rule, themselves winning always, so...of course they go "Our democracy ending!"

As to the rest: Elon imposed 2-day suspensions - nothing more - on accounts who DELIBERATELY broke KNOWN, PRE-EXISTING terms of service, in doxxing-out real-time assassination coordinates on children. (Who happened to be Elon's children.)
Ask any administrator on this site, what they think. (Seriously. I'm curious. I have a guess.)
And funny how Twitter libs not giving the least crap about children, became an issue yet again, that day.

@raphjd Extortion is never good. It's an evil trait. Apparently, the stalker attacking Elon's kid's car is a very effective way of swaying your target's decisions to your demands. Attacking your target directly may get you nowhere but attacking your target's family or loved ones is a guaranteed strategy that works. I have watched so many Korean series and movies that uses this and in our case as humans, our love for others surely is our greatest weakness.

You can cram your "valid news sources". (Nothing personal.)
What we need to rely on is truth. Either something is real or it isn't.
When we disagree on what is real: that's debate.
You know... like a section called "Politics & Debate"
It reaches no conclusions. It has no deciding authority. That'ss how it should be.
As things get aired or claimed or argued, lurkers draw their own conclusions.
But fuck authority, self-appointed "I'm the valid news source" and the rest.
I'm old enough to remember libs with bumper stickers Question Authority.
It's been a shock, this last decade, to see these libs turn into commie authoritarians - or at very least, Stockholm Syndrome mewling colorless pussies - just because covid and Orange Man Bad and muh gubmint check.

Define valid news source... At this day and age, it's sad to say that much like us up in Canada, the mainstream media is nothing more but a propaganda puppet for the government. If it's not completely fabricated to cause outrage, it's at the very least incredibly biased, and only pushes the narrative that the real powers that run our countries want to push.
In other words, "valid news source" is laughable to say the least.

@MrMazda @blablarg18 This just shows that the political landscape on our end is quite different compared to your end. It's so much more complicated there. This I got to say also: "Why is there so much hate there when people already know the facts about things like being gay or LGBTQ in general?" We all know in our inner selves that being gay is never a choice. It's a preference we are born with (is that the right term for it?) Yet there is anti-LGBTQ. Yet they know that gay people existed even before these foolish idiots were born. For 300,000 years in fact. Do they have the proof that there were only straight people? And who even gave the labels straight and gay in the first place. This shouldn't have been. We don't have things like anti-LGBTQ here but we do have people who still consider us a minority but never things like group up and and form an anti-LGBT. It's like people who does these never went through proper life experiences, reject factual information or even education in general, no proper friends or went through mind-alternation. People are people. So what are they? This just ticked me. I know this one is on another thread.
In the case of valid news source, yes the political landscape is quite different there and this has used news source that were valid or even the authority before. Not that I would say it's 100% totally the other way here, I can not say the same for every other country here in our hemisphere but in mine valid media sources fight political misinformation or manipulation. There are those that play neutral too. Well that was before. Now in that age of the Internet people rely more from what they see and hear from their mobile phones and this has has definitely changed the battle ground. Just like that thing with Cambridge Analytica, FB, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube are now what people read and listen to. So yes, define valid news source. For me, if I hear something from my mom about something and she would even ask me to check if it's true; I would Google it and check proper news sources to fact check it. If you don't see one news on another proper news source and you only heard or saw it from social media, there's a very good chance it's not true.
