Ok, so the SCOTUS already ruled on PA accepting ballots that do not meet the requirements for ballots under state law, saying that such ballots are not valid and can not be counted.
Despite this, the PA Sec of State said that these illegal ballots are still to be counted.
I guess Dems think that SCOTUS rulings only apply if they agree with it.
