No puedo sembrar

Ayer lo intente varias veces y nada.
He creado el archivo lo he subido tanto manualmente como desde QuickTorrentMaker y no me siembra (si me he vuelto a bajar el archivo con la clave de autenticacion) y aun asi nada.
Cosa aparte en el tracker de la pagina en utorrent me aparece "Your download rights get taken" y que me dice que contacte con un moderador o lea las reglas
Agradeceria que alguien me explicara todo esto que me esta pasando
