      Good day everyone,
For the past 3 days my torrents have not been downloading at all (they stay stalled).
The tracker says that I have a bad ratio, and that my limit is 15 torrents at a time.
However, this occurs even if no other torrents are downloading.
My stats on the user details page say I have 15 torrents downloading, but they were all completed already, some a long time ago.
If anyone can offer some advice I'd really appreciate it.
      Thanks in advance.
