I can't view the VDO I want.
what to do -
In order to play video/audio correctly:
You need a codec and media player ...
right click on file properties of the video you downloaded and select desired player or by [default] ...If the file from torrent you are referring not completed there will be an issue playing the format ...

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do @ zero (0) percent or incomplete file ...
File format can only be access, played and viewed 100 % completion ...
