I keep getting this error -
an attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden torrent.
How do I fix it?

stop your client exit and reboot your PC ...
and do a force recheck [right click] and restart the torrent ...
or remove and delete the torrent [not the file] and re-download it from here
and start all over again [make sure to find the path correctly] ...

keep in mind that torrent you are reporting Tag from other site w/c is not allowed here ...
it might be the site or admin disabllng your privilege ...
contact their helpdesk ...
