In the UK, you can not commit rape unless you have a penis, even if the penis isn't used in the sex act. As an example, if a man and woman shove a broom handle up someone's ass against their will, only the man can be guilty of rape.

@raphjd In my country women can be guilty of rape. Maybe the UK is just very old fashion.
