How to increase UL?

I uploaded files about 21GB. But at the UL it show 81.30 MB.

upload rate updates every 30 minutes or over an hour from those torrent you are seeding ...
so if you continue seeding w/o any interruption all the amount uploaded from peers is divided from the torrent,
automatically added to your RATIO ...

you can see all the progress seeding and leeching torrent ... from above image I provided ...
a 500 MB + upload share = (+) plus 1 added to your RATIO
a 500 MB download = (-) minus 2 or more deducted ...
This relies on bandwidth speed and the peers you are connected with ...The 21 GB is the [RATIO] total amount you distributed and shared from all peers connected to you ...
[your total share from this distribution is already added and calculated from your account w/o noticing] ...
