I have uploaded 2 torrents which 1.49 GB & 15.24 GB as the blow Photo

      cats2.jpg

At least I should get UL value 1.49+15.24 = 16.73 GB
But now my UL value is 1.79 GB .
What should I do to get the correct UL.
I'm very sad, I really like to download the file in the web.

PLS help me, Thx for all your kindness.

Have you check your status while seeding @ your profile name
below image indicates the value of what you are seeding during distribution ...
        screenshot_2.jpg
        screenshot_3.jpg
        a 500 MB + upload share = (+) plus 1 added to your RATIO
        a 500 MB download = (-) minus 2 or more deducted ...

so it does not mean what you uploaded is the total share you get ...
The ratio you are expecting is the amount you shared while connected to peers ...

or see RATIONATOR 3.0 for further clarification:

@ maxmaxkim you are welcome ...
            upload relies on bandwidth speed
so @ your case try to be patient and keep seeding until you reach your Quota ... [Focus on Freeleech w/ bunch of leechers and has enough amount of time] ...
            Have A Great Day !!! ... jhon 😊

If you didn't keep records of your DL/UL values before downloading these two torrents, it's really hard to diagnose the issue.

The 15GB torrent has a 2 ratio, so it's double the bandwidth, meanwhile the 1,5GB torrent has a 44 ratio. That totals to nearly 95GB of uploaded data.

If the uploaded quota didn't register, neither should the downloaded. If you downloaded both torrents directly from their pages using the download button, then you will have to gather all this information that we are discussing and create a helpdesk support ticket to try and have it fixed.

More likely you have used torrent files with a tracker belonging to someone else's account, meaning all the downloaded/uploaded quota were deducted/added to another member.
