Ratio not being registered?

Hi, im not great at this but I am currently trying to improve my ratio by seeding a particular fie. I have seeded 70bg according to the torrent client but the website here is indicating that I am actually downloading and not seeding (see screen shots). How can I make sure my upload is being counted towards ratio?

Also just a reminder. As you can see from your screenshot, you have not downloaded ALL the torrent content. Every byte you seed will always be registered and you can check it in real time on your profile page. But that particular torrent will always be showing as "leeching" instead of seeding.

So again, you don't need to download the whole content if you don't want to, and everything you seed will be registered, but while the torrent is active and not fully downloaded it will be listed as if you're leeching even though you're not leeching anymore.
