I've seen this in some Asian films. The actor will strip and sit with no erection. Then while watching porn (or whatever) he will get an erection with no touching at all.
The rest of the film deals with the matter as usual.
I haven't seen this soft of thing recently. Is there some studio or some keyword I haven't thought of that will help me find these? It seems I miss them.
