gaytorrent Recent News on inactivity

i have read that gaytor.rent has mentioned that they have removed about 100k+ users that are inactive. what i'm here to ask is what are the guidelines to avoid being removed other than stated in the given rules, of which in regarding of one's inactivity(inactive).
I'd be grateful if anyone would clearly explain this especial admins/moderators or anyone who knows this

Will wait for the admins to chime in, but my account was inactive since March 2021, and then I logged in December 2021 and was still able to access my account. So it must have been a long inactive period for them to be removed
